Who we are
Housing as a bridge, not a destination
The Invisible Hotel is a social initiative of the Splendom Suites Group. We turn available apartments into temporary homes for families going through a moment of vulnerability.
A stable home is the foundation everything else is built on — work, school, health and dignity. Our role is to provide that foundation for as long as a family needs it, and to walk beside them until they no longer do.
What we do

We locate apartments across Spain and make them available for social, temporary rental.

We bring together the funding needed to cover temporary stays for families in need.
We provide support
Housed families receive social, legal and employment guidance throughout their stay.
We help them move on
We accompany each family until they can transition to permanent, independent housing.

Real impact
From the street to a steady job in six weeks
One of our first families — three people — moved from homelessness into one of our apartments. With stable shelter and support, within six weeks they had found work, regained their footing and begun their return to everyday life. This is the change a home makes possible.
